Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. (Note: Shipping times do not include Build time which can vary from 7-14 Business Days)
  2. Packaging: Each PC is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use high-quality materials and techniques to ensure your system arrives safely.
  3. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us via the your account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty

PC Warranty Agreement

Warranty Provider: MirageTech PC
Warranty Period: 6 months from date of purchase

1. Coverage

This warranty includes coverage for manufacturing defects and hardware issues under normal use. During the Warranty Period, MirageTech PC will repair or replace, additional fees may apply, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

2. Warranty Services

  • Repair: Any parts or products found to be defective will be repaired using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replacement: If the repair is not feasible, the product will be replaced with a new or refurbished product of the same model or a similar one if the original model is no longer available.
  • Technical Support: MirageTech PC will provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues covered under this warranty.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, water, or other external causes.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage.
  • Software, including operating systems and third-party software.
  • Any products or parts not originally purchased from MirageTech PC.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of the PC according to the user manual.
  • Provide proof of purchase when requesting warranty services.
