  1. What is the average build time for a custom PC?

    • The average build time for a custom PC is 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the build and availability of components.
  2. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

    • Yes, you can modify your order within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team to make any changes.
  3. What types of customizations can I request?

    • We offer a wide range of customizations including CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, cooling systems, case design, lighting, and more. If you have specific requests, please contact us directly for custom qoutas.
  4. Do you offer financing options?

    • We currently do not provide financing options however, we do offer a various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal and other methods.

Shipping Questions

  1. What shipping methods do you offer?

    • We offer standard & express shipping. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
  2. How can I track my order?

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner’s website.
  3. What should I do if my PC arrives damaged?

    • If your PC arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you with the insurance claim process and arrange for repairs or a replacement.

Technical and Support Questions

  1. What kind of warranty do you offer?

    • All MirageTech PCs come with a 2-year limited warranty covering parts and labor. Extended warranties are available for purchase.
  2. Do you provide technical support?

    • Yes, our dedicated support team is available to assist with any technical issues or questions you may have. Contact us via phone, email, or live chat for prompt assistance.
  3. Can I upgrade my PC in the future?

    • Absolutely! Our PCs are designed with upgradability in mind. You can easily upgrade components like RAM, storage, and graphics cards. If you need help with upgrades, our support team is here to assist.

Ordering and Payment Questions

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal and other methods.
  2. Do you offer bulk discounts?

    • Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team for more information.
  3. Can I cancel my order?

    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.

Customization Questions

  1. Can I request a specific brand or model for components?

    • Yes, if you have specific brands or models in mind, please let us know when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
  2. What operating systems do you install?

    • We offer installations of Windows 10 & Windows 11.
  3. Can you build a PC for purposes other than gaming?

    • Yes, we build custom PCs for various purposes including professional workstations, content creation, and home offices. Let us know your specific needs and we’ll tailor the build accordingly.

Fill out your information below and include in the comment section all the parts you would like us to use in the build. The part list should follow the template below:

Note: We Do Not Provide Custom Liquid Cooled Gaming PCs, Only Air/ AIO Cooled PCs.

We RECOMMEND that you use PCPARTPICKER to help you choose compatible parts that you would like in your PC and then use our template or paste the link of your PCPARTPICKER list in the form below (Ensure to set the visibility to public in the settings of your list).

Ensure to include all parts and customization you want in order to receive your PERFECT GAMING PC.

Once your form is submitted, we will review it within 3 - 4 Business Days to confirm compatibility / availability of parts. We will then provide you with a CUSTOM QUOTA including labour and shipping costs.

If there is a problem with the list submitted, we will suggest possible changes to fix existing problems.

*Custom PCs are exempt from the 14-day return policy. This exemption is in place because custom items often cannot be resold or reused by the seller and is allowed by the UK law. Therefore customers do not have the right to return or cancel Custom PCs' Orders unless the item is defective, not as described, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. In such cases, the customer would still have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement.

Labour Costs

Basic Build: £100 + Shipping Costs - Straightforward builds with no Advanced Cooling or Overclocking.

Intermediate Build: £175 + Shipping Costs - Complex setups, Custom Cooling, or Cable Management, this tier includes Windows 11.

Advanced Build: £200 - £500 + Shipping Costs - Custom Water Cooling, RGB Synchronization, Overclocking, this tier includes Windows 11 Pro.

Note: the fee charged will depend upon your components and the complexity of your build, you will be notified of the fee before payment.
